You are cordially invited to attend the XV International Conference on X-ray Diffraction & Crystal Chemistry of Minerals to be held at Saint Petersburg State University from 15 to 19 September 2003.

The Conference is timed for the 300th anniversary of the city of St. Petersburg and for the 150-th anniversary of the birthday of E.S. Fedorov, the founder of a modern theory of crystal symmetry.

The conference is sponsored by IUCr, ICDD et al.

The Organizing Committee of the XV International Conference on X-ray Diffraction & Crystal Chemistry of Minerals shall observe the basic policy of non-discrimination and affirms the right and freedom of scientists to associate in international scientific activity without regard to such factors as citizenship, religion, creed, political stance, ethnic origin, race, color, language, age or sex, in accordance with the Statutes of the International Council for Science. At this Conference no barriers will exist which would prevent the participation of bona fide scientists
